Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy in our Texas center. You will set individualized goals, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to track progress and celebrate growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and state licensure.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.
