The position offers a robust compensation package totaling $84,500 to $119,000 yearly, with mentorship, bonuses, sign-on, and potential ownership opportunities based on performance and center size.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB, plus licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals with families after assessments.
