Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA therapy in-center in Texas. You’ll lead treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to track progress.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and pathways to ownership. We support ongoing CEU development, relocation assistance, and a strong clinical leadership team guiding compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB, plus licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.

Aufgaben

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment, using play-based strategies where appropriate.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.
