Job summary

HRUCKUS is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (In-Building Wireless) to support the Office of Unified Communications in Washington, DC on a full-time onsite assignment. The role requires coordinating multi-agency stakeholders, tracking program deliverables, and ensuring compliance with established workflows, inspections, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in project coordination and a background in enterprise program management.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of project support and coordination experience.
• 6-10 years tracking program progress against the project plan in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience with workflow-oriented program management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support IBW team tasks with building owners, DOB, Fire Marshals and other agencies.
• Track program deliverables, monitor requests, respond, and assign resources as needed.
• Schedule, assign, and track OUC commitments and deliverables.
• Ensure authorizations, tests and annual inspections are executed and documented.
• Provide monthly program reports with status updates and metrics.
