Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–10 years in project coordination, project support, or program management.
• Experience tracking progress against established schedules and milestones.
• Experience preparing status reports and using project management software.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with KPI reports and analyzing data from enterprise systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across technical teams, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Support implementation, testing, and upgrades of public safety systems.
• Coordinate system acceptance testing, inspections, and compliance docs.
• Prepare monthly status reports and executive updates.
• Facilitate communication among building owners, the Do Buildings, Fire Marshal's Office, and others.
• Ensure adherence to government procedures and service standards.
