Motion Recruitment is seeking a Wireless Construction Project Coordinator to support a large-scale 5G rollout across multiple markets from an office-based environment in Wisconsin, coordinating cell site upgrades, MDUs/MTUs, and related construction activities.

The role emphasizes project tracking, milestone management, and collaboration with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution while balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting construction engineering projects.
• Experience coordinating wireless cell site or in-building construction projects.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and critical milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and project activities for a large-scale 5G wireless infrastructure initiative across multiple markets.
• Oversee projects involving wireless cell site upgrades and MDU/MTU construction or modifications.
• Identify, track, and communicate critical project milestones.
• Maintain project databases and tracking systems across hundreds of individual projects.
• Coordinate with project leads and project managers to maintain alignment on priorities.
• Navigate multiple data systems to track project information and drive completion.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, construction vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate project challenges and develop strategic, actionable solutions.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively address risks that could impact project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, spreadsheets, and status reports.
• Communicate project status, issues, and priorities to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Support presentations and reporting related to project performance and delivery.
• Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a high-velocity environment.
• Drive projects toward successful completion while maintaining focus on critical milestones.
