South Shore Bank in Wollaston, MA is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to perform a variety of branch duties in person. You will educate clients on bank products, cross-sell services, and handle new account tasks with attention to regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, technology education, and accurate processing of deposits, transfers, and daily transactions in a busy branch environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with electronic delivery channels including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking/Mobile Deposit, eStatements, Bill Pay, etc., is preferred.
• Bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese strongly preferred)

Aufgaben

• Assist clients by telephone or in person with new account services including additions or changes in client accounts. Actively cross sells all bank products.
• Fill out contract forms, determine charges or fees for service requested, collect deposits, prepare change of address records, and proper disclosure forms.
• Remain educated on all bank products, services and technology offered by the bank.
• Educate clients on the use of technology and provide instruction/demonstration on how to properly use the technology for their benefit.
• Solve client complaints, questions or problems.
