Qualifications

• Experience with electronic delivery channels including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking/Mobile Deposit, eStatements, Bill Pay, etc.
• Bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients by telephone or in person with new account services and changes; actively cross sells bank products.
• Handle deposits, record transactions, and issue receipts; manage account holds and routine audit support.
• Provide instruction on using bank technology and assist with branch supervisory functions.
• Process wire transfers, foreign currency orders, and safe deposit access.
• Represent the bank in community activities and participate in training programs.
