Responsibilities

• Assist clients by telephone or in person with new account services and actively cross-sell bank products.
• Handle deposits, wire transfers, currency orders, and maintain accuracy in transaction records.
• Educate clients on using technology and bank services to improve convenience and security.
• Assist in branch supervisory duties and contribute to daily audits and controls.
• Respond to audits and help complete branch monthly audit reports.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and maintain dual control logs.
