You will collaborate with partners to grow wallets, educate customers on digital tools, and maintain compliance and risk controls in daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree; 3+ years related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a mix of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Experience in personal banking or retail financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience and identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
