You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base, drive proactive sales, and deliver a full PNC conversation to identify solutions while maintaining risk controls. You will work with ecosystem partners, leverage technology, and participate in daily branch operations, with base salary ranges and incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typical requirement is an Associates or equivalent degree with related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions leveraging technology and resources.
• Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
