Job summary

PNC is hiring a Personal Banker at the Cleves Branch, OH. Based in an in-office setting, you will build and deepen the branch’s customer base, identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing, and partner with ecosystem partners to grow loyalty and share of wallet.

You will conduct proactive sales conversations, deliver a full PNC needs-based conversation, educate customers on digital tools, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting daily branch operations.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent; 3+ years experience typical.
3+ years of related experience or product knowledge may be considered.
Background in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Drive proactive sales conversations and deliver complete needs-based PNC solutions.
Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and resolve customer problems and drive loyalty.
Support branch daily operations with accuracy and compliance.
