Job summary

HungryPanda in the United States seeks an Advertising Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition and ad revenue by promoting HungryPanda’s in‑app media inventory and promotional solutions to non-food and local lifestyle businesses. You will source commercial leads, present media packages, close contracts, and coordinate project execution to deliver tangible marketing results for clients.

Qualifications

1–2 years in sales, business development, outbound prospecting, or account servicing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with local business owners.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and inquiries.
Willingness to conduct field visits and outbound outreach.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead prospecting and client acquisition across non-food and local lifestyle sectors.
Build and maintain a high-quality lead pipeline and CRM records.
Conduct in-person visits and virtual presentations to sell in-app ad space and packages.
Negotiate pricing, campaign duration, and placements; close contracts.
Coordinate with Design, Marketing, and Operations to launch ads on time.
Track payments and collect invoices per contract terms.
Provide campaign performance data and upsell opportunities.
