Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Integrated Management Systems Specialist in Wendell, NC. This mid-level professional role offers a hybrid work arrangement with occasional national and international travel to support multiple sites and the IMS program, including ISO 9001/14001/45001 alignment.

You will lead site integrations, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive audits and corrective actions. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams, sites, or functions through significant change.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across departments without formal authority.
• Sound judgment and self-direction in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally with IMS Manager.

Responsibilities

• Site Integration & Change Leadership: support IMS Manager in integrating sites into the IMS.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: build alignment across functions and locations.
• Stakeholder Representation: communicate IMS priorities with stakeholders, including travel.
• Internal Audit Execution: conduct and support audits per ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Corrective Action & Root Cause Support: assist in finding root causes and actions; follow through to closure.
• Registrar & Third-Party Assessment Support: assist during registrar assessments.
• Audit Results Communication: present results to plant and site management.
• Document Control: support migration and standardization of site docs.
• Gap Analysis & Site Maturity: lead gap analyses and corrective actions.
• Judgment Under Ambiguity: exercise sound judgment in evolving environments.
