• Hands-on data analysis, BI dashboards, and operational alerting experience.
• Ability to define KPIs and solution success measures.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% in the US.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing, operations, and stakeholders to identify digitalization opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and capture business needs into clear tech requirements and pilot objectives.
• Develop data analyses, dashboards, visualizations, and alerts for actionable insights.
• Build prototypes using low-code and web-based solutions for rapid validation.
• Bridge business needs with IT, OT, software, and data engineering teams.
• Define KPIs and reporting solutions to improve visibility, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate pilots and PoC initiatives with stakeholder alignment.
• Document requirements, process flows, and implementation guides.
• Support deployment and reuse of digital solutions across facilities.
