Job summary

CyberX Info System in Allen, Texas seeks an IMS Specialist & SHEQ Coordinator to manage the internal IMS and document control, support the SHEQ and Quality Managers, and strengthen sustainability reporting and process controls.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, internal audits, regulatory alignment with ISO standards, and ongoing improvement of records accuracy and compliance across the North American supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with quality management systems.
• Internal and/or 2nd/3rd party audit experience.
• ISO9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 Internal auditor certification or ability to achieve such status within 12 months.
• Lead Auditor Certifications are a plus.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & implement the IMS, ensuring alignment with industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) and customer requirements.
• Develop IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms and templates.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess IMS effectiveness and compliance, and drive corrective actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement actions.
• Foster IMS awareness across the organization and support root-cause analysis and document control.
