Job summary

SEI seeks a Specialist I in the Investment Manager Services division to strengthen controls across Operations teams and drive process improvements. You will rotate through IMS units, perform risk assessments, and help prepare SOC1 and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, accounting, finance or related field, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
• CPA, MBA or MS Accounting/Finance or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of fund accounting or operations experience, auditing, risk management or compliance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through each IMS business unit to understand operations and maintain inventory of internal controls.
• Liaise with Operations teams to perform risk assessments and identify process/technology enhancements.
• Assist in executing initiatives and projects to support growth and manage day-to-day risks; document deliverables.
