Job summary

Supermicro in San Jose, California, is seeking a Quality System Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), and other applicable management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting Quality, Environmental, Information Security, or other Management Systems in manufacturing/high-tech environments.
• Experience with QMS/EMS/ISMS activities including audits, document control, corrective actions, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, or IATF 16949; Internal/Lead Auditor certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support IMS/QMS/EMS/ISMS maintenance and continual improvement.
• Plan, conduct, document, and close internal audits; track corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain Quality Procedures (QPs), Work Instructions (WIPs), SOPs, and IMS docs.
• Review document change requests per control requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Assist in external audits by certification bodies, customers, and regulators.
