Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford, CT, is seeking a Program Planner to join the PP&S organization and own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with DCMA checks. The role requires driving timely IMS baselines and leading program reviews.

You will collaborate with Earned Value Analysts, CAMs, and CIPTs to align SAP and IMS reporting, run SRAs, and support variance mitigation while advancing scheduling processes across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Alternate: associate’s degree with 7+ years or 9+ years in lieu of 4-year degree.
• Experience as a program Scheduler/Planner and in Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Create and own an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with DCMA-aligned checks.
• Lead IMS baselines and program reviews, acting as IMS lead.
• Analyze plans, support schedule baseline changes, incorporate amendments.
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and Critical Path analyses.
• Collaborate to align SAP and IMS reporting, report variances and mitigations.
