Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Sr. Manager, Quality Enterprise to lead and strengthen the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure ISO 9001 compliant processes with strong client satisfaction.

You will develop procedures, quality plans, and data systems while maintaining KPIs to drive continuous improvement across projects. The role serves as the escalation point for quality issues, performing root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and reducing non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of job-related education/experience.
• 7+ years’ related experience managing quality assurance/quality control functions and leading IMS standards development, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards and practices in heavy industrial construction.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical information and prepare work plans for projects.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Integrated Management System (IMS) across the organization.
• Oversee ISO9001 compliance and certification readiness through conformance assessments and corrective actions.
• Develop and govern quality procedures, process controls, inspection and testing standards.
• Establish and publish enterprise quality metrics and KPIs.
• Serve as senior escalation point for quality issues and lead corrective actions.
• Manage enterprise continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce non-conformances and rework.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and R&D to embed quality in new products and specs.
• Oversee advanced problem-solving, including structured corrective-action processes and risk reduction.
• Review customer specifications and ensure accurate reflection in plans and procedures.
• Ensure IMS data accuracy across the organization for visibility and decision-making.
• Provide executive reporting on quality trends, audits, supplier risks, and systemic issues.
• Lead enterprise process-improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
• Establish and manage supplier quality programs including audits and corrective action.
• Consolidate and publish enterprise quality data using digital tools.
