Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a reliable cashier to perform varied cashier functions in a pleasant, efficient, and honest manner, while upholding all guest service standards and departmental policies.

You will replenish currency in cassettes for NRT machines, initiate end‑of‑day drops, count the bank at the start and end of each shift, troubleshoot NRT issues, and handle related duties. A high school diploma and strong confidentiality are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members; fluent in English.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must have basic math skills, including add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• 10-key (calculator) skills a plus.
• General cashiering background or prior money handling experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing varied cashier functions in a pleasant, efficient, and honest manner.
• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Replenishes currency in cassettes as needed for all NRT machines.
