Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking an Impound Coordinator to support PAR North America’s recovery operations. You will maintain strong customer service, coordinate with clients and recovery vendors, and manage queues and reports using Google Sheets.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. This full-time on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a global organization.

• Proficient with Google products: Google and Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service and strong telephone support.
• Answer or research client, agent, or customer questions.
• Identify issues, facilitate solutions, and ensure resolution.
• Assign or reassign recovery vendors as needed.
• Monitor and process accounts in internal system queues.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports per client or management requests in Google Sheets.
• Act as liaison between client, customer and recovery vendor.
• Use multiple computer systems and third-party vendor systems.
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity in daily activities.
• Perform other duties as directed by PAR Management.
• Prioritize queue daily to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Complete new queue and new flipper accounts within 24 hours.
• Follow up on approvals and documents with clients every 48 hours.
• Follow up on all active assignments every 24 hours.
