Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking an Assignment Team member within PAR North America to manage declines, reassignments, and coordination with recovery vendors. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate assignments.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Google applications and internal systems is expected. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review declined assignments within the skip queue and reassign them to the recovery vendor.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity to complete the daily assignment.
• Maintain quick assignment turnaround in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
• Assign and manage recovery agents as needed.
• Work as a liaison between client and recovery vendor within the assigned queue.
• Identify issues within the queue as they arise and facilitate solutions.
