Being an Impound Clerk for Guardian Fleet Services means serving as one of the most important customer‑facing roles in the organization. The Impound Clerk is responsible for managing all administrative and customer‑service functions related to impounded vehicles. This includes processing vehicle releases, maintaining accurate records, collecting payments, coordinating with law enforcement, and ensuring compliance with company, state, and municipal regulations. The Impound Clerk serves as the primary point of contact for customers retrieving vehicles and plays a key role in maintaining an organized, secure impound operation.
