Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of international transportation or freight forwarding experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience at Supervisors or Management level.
• Strong operational leadership in import transportation.
• Advanced CargoWise proficiency and workflow design.
• Experience leading multiple teams across functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department wide service consistency and client satisfaction across accounts.
• Oversee staffing, workflow, and operational performance.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process discipline, SOP compliance, and service standards.
• Coach Supervisors, conduct 1:1s, and run quarterly reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
