Responsibilities

• Ensure department wide service consistency and client satisfaction across all accounts.
• Lead Supervisors and Team Leads to improve performance and coaching practices.
• Drive client-first culture and align with Account Management for retention.
• Oversee staffing, workflow, and overall departmental performance.
• Own KPI performance and department reporting.
