Qualifications

• 3-5 years of logistics or freight forwarding experience, especially Sea Logistics imports.
• Strong Excel and ability to read operational reports and metrics.

• Strong time management and ability to prioritize urgent needs.
• Business acumen and understanding of performance drivers.
• Clear, professional communication and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Sea Logistics import customers and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, back-office and origin offices to support customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment milestones and service commitments, following up for timely completion.
• Assist customers with special requirements, urgent matters, and disruptions.
• Research problems, review data, and communicate updates clearly.
• Manage a high volume of email and use calls when needed to resolve issues.
• Use business metrics to recognize trends and support decisions.
