Qualifications

• 1-2 years of industry experience (shipping, logistics, maritime, supply chain)
• College Students preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage import documentation and release functions for the Import Contact Center and GSS.
• Track and trace cargo and inform customers about milestones.
• Coordinate solutions to intermodal and documentation issues for customers.
• Execute diversion requests per company policies.
• Track and invoice import demurrage per timelines and directives.
• Provide secondary support to the Import Call Center as needed.
• Coordinate with unclaimed freight/claims teams on abandoned cargo issues.
• Research problems and conduct root cause analysis for permanent solutions.
