Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, experience may be substituted per hiring discretion.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or logistics management.
• Minimum 2 years of export/import operations experience.
• Practical understanding of US export/import laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, vendors, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor deliveries, fulfill customer requests, and oversee shipping logistics.
• Prepare or review commercial invoices for imports and drop-ship exports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate military compliant labels and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with freight partners to select efficient transportation to meet delivery dates.
• Prepare shipper declarations for shipments with hazardous materials.
