Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Fundamentals: learn semiconductor parts, manage RFQ/quotation workflows with vendors and clients.
• Transaction Execution: handle RFQs, quotations, PO issuance, invoicing, and QuickBooks workflows.
• Lead Time & Margin Control: manage part numbers, pricing, lead times and backorders.
• Vendor & Client Services: manage relationships, process claims/returns, support basic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Entry Level (Logistics & Operations Focus)

• Logistics & Trade Operations: Prepare domestic and international shipping documents (packing lists, commercial invoices), navigate Incoterms, select optimal shipping methods, and track TAT (turnaround time).
• Parts Sales & Administrative Support: Learn part numbers/specifications, verify Purchase Orders (POs), manage incoming/outgoing shipment tracking, and maintain accurate inventory logs.
• Supply Chain Fundamentals: Acquire basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment/parts through self-driven study and OJT; manage RFQ/quotation workflows with vendors and tier-1 chip maker clients (e.g., TI, NXP).
• Transaction Execution: Independently handle RFQs, official quotations, PO issuance, invoicing, and QuickBooks system workflows following initial training.
• Lead Time & Margin Control: Cross-reference compatible/alternative part numbers, manage sales pricing and margins, and oversee lead times and backorders.
• Vendor & Client Services: Manage vendor relationships, process routine claims and RMA (warranty/returns), and support basic technical sales activities.

Independent Sales Agent (2+ Years; Technical Sales & Strategy)

• Account & Client Management: Conduct in-person client meetings, manage complex claims, present marketing/sales materials, and handle technical requirements.
• Strategic Sourcing & Marketing: Market new parts and repair service lines, analyze competitor pricing trends, and execute strategic sourcing strategies.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year university graduate) is required.
• Experience: 0–3 years of office-based experience in international trade, customer service, or supply chain administration. Email-centric operational experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity or willingness to learn QuickBooks and ERP/inventory tracking tools.
• Core Competencies: Strong self-driven learning ability, proactive multitasking, and clear judgment to escalation complex issues appropriately.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per hour
