Insight Global is seeking an Account Specialist to support customers shipping cargo internationally from Medley, FL. You will be the main point of contact for assigned customers, helping them understand shipping requirements, rates, and the end-to-end process for moving cargo to and from different countries.

• Experience in freight/shipping or logistics support.
• Ability to handle high volume calls.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Onsite in Medley, FL five days a week.

• Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments with internal teams.
• Keep customers updated on vessel changes, delays, or other shipping issues.

Rate: 26/hr - 5 days onsite in Medley, FL

DAY TO DAY:

The Account Specialist supports customers who are shipping cargo internationally with my client. This person acts as the main point of contact for assigned customers, helping them understand shipping requirements, rates, and the overall process for moving cargo to and from different countries. They answer customer questions, help secure bookings, monitor the progress of shipments, provide updates, and work with internal teams to resolve any issues. The main goal is to make sure customers receive accurate information, their shipments are handled properly, and they have a positive experience throughout the process

• Answer customer questions and help resolve shipment issues.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and keep them updated on their cargo.
• Provide strong customer service and make sure customers are taken care of.
• Book shipments and work with internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls.
• Coordinate the best transportation option from pickup through final delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments with internal teams.
• Keep customers updated on vessel changes, delays, or other shipping issues.
• Send inventory updates and reports to help customers avoid extra fees.
• Track shipments and shipping documents throughout the process.
