Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customs brokerage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS, valuation, and PGA requirements.
• Proficiency with customs brokerage software; CargoWise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily customs brokerage workflow for import shipments.
• Assign and prioritize work to meet service and regulatory deadlines.
• Provide coaching and guidance to specialists and entry writers.
• Review documents for accuracy prior to submission and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with CBP and PGA regulations and support audits.
