Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in import/export operations with focus on customs compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS codes, and global trade compliance.
• Experience with regulatory filings and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import operations, including clearance, KPIs, and compliance.
• Prepare and submit Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, ISF filings.
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, carriers, and agencies to resolve issues.
• Monitor tariff classifications and apply FTAs to minimize costs.
• Provide guidance and training on customs procedures and compliance.
