Job summary

Huminaresource is seeking an Import Coordinator + Inside Sales to coordinate ocean/air and inland transportation, book shipments, and communicate with vendors and the Japan office in Japanese.

The role requires English/Japanese communication, creation of delivery orders and tracking reports, billing customers, and approving vendor payments while leveraging Cargowise and Syrinx experience when available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Japanese required.
• Experience in import coordination or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication with venders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean/air and inland transportation bookings and adjustments.
• Create delivery orders and tracking reports.
• Billing customers and approving vendor payments.
• Communicate with Japan office in Japanese and with customers in English.
• Prepare shipment tracking reports.
