Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months’ work experience required.
• Minimum 12 months of industry experience preferred.
• Data entry/keyboard experience required.
• MS Office and Outlook proficiency; familiarity with office equipment.
• CCS or broker’s license preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for US Customs and government agencies.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Process commodity classifications to support duty and penalties.
• Enter data and process import-related documentation for US Customs.
• Maintain all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
