Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Memphis, TN seeks an entry-level Customs Documentation Coordinator to coordinate required paperwork for US Customs on behalf of importers. You will handle data entry, ensure compliance, and work with government agencies and carriers to deliver reliable service.

Responsibilities include processing agency shipments, remote filings, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 12 months industry experience preferred.
• 6 months work experience required.
• Data entry/keyboard experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods.
• Provide impeccable customer service to importers.
• Process agency brokerage shipments and remote filings as needed.
• Maintain and update shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Work with internal staff and government agencies to ensure high service levels.
• Perform entry reconciliations and resolve Customs issues.
