You’ll deliver training via video conferences and occasional in-person sessions, become a product expert, and tailor your approach to each learner’s proficiency. We value clear communication, patience, and collaboration in Vermont.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, instructional design, or customer enablement.
• Clear communication, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Solid understanding of Windows, Office, browsers, and business software applications.
• Adaptable to learners with varying technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through setup and training via video conference and in person.
• Learn the product to become an expert.
• Understand waste hauling operations and how the software streamlines them.
• Create and improve training materials, lesson plans, and best practice guides.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Technical Support to resolve them.
