Job summary

VIP (Vermont Information Processing) is seeking a Master Data Implementation Specialist for our SRS Implementation Team in Colchester, VT. In this customer-facing role, you will guide suppliers through onboarding, help them understand data quality, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation.

The position is full-time and hybrid (3 days on-site in Colchester). The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of onboarding/implementation experience, strong data analysis skills, and

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, account management, or customer success.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze and manipulate data.
• Experience working in CRM or project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, professional, and trusted relationships with supplier customers while guiding them through the onboarding and implementation process.
• Assist customers in understanding the quality, reliability, and value of our data and how it supports the success of their products.
• Serve as a primary point of contact during implementations, providing updates and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner and connect them with the appropriate internal resources.
• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage projects from start to finish while remaining self-directed and proactive.
