Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote active involvement of stakeholders in all stages of design and implementation.
• Bridge essential groups for successful implementation.
• Lead collaborative implementation planning and co-development of plans with stakeholders.
• Select appropriate models, frameworks, and tools to guide implementation.
• Build consensus around initiatives and supports.
• Assess implementation capacity strengths and needs.
• Co-design tools, processes, governance, and policies.
• Facilitate feedback mechanisms and stakeholder debriefings.
• Provide or secure training for stakeholders and partners.
• Identify and implement organizational changes to develop implementation capacity (e.g., technology).
• Support teams with changes over time in how innovations are delivered.
• Supervise Implementation Support Specialists I, interns, and other staff.
