The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, strong organizational skills, and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or PM tech.
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Excel/HCM/SQL Server a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle implementation and project management of new client conversions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Lead onboarding and coordinate with sales for data requirements.
• Facilitate data collection, imports validation, and payroll setup.
• Ensure accuracy of wages, taxes, benefits, and HR tasks in system.
