Job summary

DevSavant Inc. is seeking a results-driven Implementation Specialist to guide clients through PRM solution deployments in the United States.

You will configure platforms, conduct discovery sessions, and create timelines while working with support, development, and sales teams to ensure successful onboarding. Strong communication, project management, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the implementation process of the client PRM solutions
• Configure and customize PRM platforms according to client requirements
