Qualifications

Role Overview

We seek an Implementation Specialist to support and deliver customer implementations of higher education SaaS products, such as Interfolio and Pure. This entry-level position involves guiding institutions through onboarding, configuration, data integration, and adoption, acting as a trusted partner and primary contact during implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation projects from post-sale to go-live, developing project plans and coordinating stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates, and advise on product configuration and best practices.
• Support data migration, validation, and basic ETL activities, along with troubleshooting and issue escalation.
• Deliver virtual or onsite customer training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements while supporting multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 1–2 years in implementation or related fields.
• Working towards or holding a CAPM certification.
• Foundational knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies and data integration concepts (APIs, XML, ETL).
• Exceptional organization, communication, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with business tools (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with guidance on moderately complex projects, and impact customer onboarding and early adoption.
