The rapid growth of this company has led to several key positions opening up. We are seeking bright, self-motivated individuals to fill these roles and become part of our team of experts.

POSITION

We are looking for an individual capable of implementing our software and training end users in its functionality. Responsibilities include maintaining user documentation, implementation, and training manuals. The successful candidate will lead this function and liaise with other departments. We prioritize candidates with business knowledge, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a client-friendly personality and service orientation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Gain knowledge of our ERP application - Steel Manager III.
2. Perform and document gap analysis (compare clients’ business procedures and software functionality).
3. Support business users and propose modifications/enhancements to improve functionality or resolve issues.
4. Collaborate with clients’ management to ensure their operational systems meet ongoing needs and implement changes as agreed.
5. Consult and liaise with the development team regarding custom modifications required by clients.
6. Discuss bugs and potential software improvements with the development team.
7. Configure the application based on clients’ needs.
8. Streamline and document implementation procedures.
9. Conduct training courses for clients on financial modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cashbook), Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory.
10. Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of business processes in distribution or manufacturing facilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience installing ERP systems.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Understanding of best business practices across all functional areas.
• Customer-focused with troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Exceptional telephone manner.

• Experience with ERP/MRP applications.
• Skilled in producing technical documentation, installation procedures, and checklists.
• Knowledge of the steel industry.
• French language skills are a plus.
