You have previous experience in integrating medical software solution

You have advance knowledge of Windows, Linux and containers technologies and practical knowledge of DICOM, PACS, RIS, Worklist, HL7

More details about the position:

The AI Implementation Specialist manages the deployment of our product at prospect and customer sites—from technical discussions to workflow integration into clinical practice—and ensures its integration within the customer’s environment and partner ecosystems.

As our AI Implementation Specialist your Missions and Responsibilities, will be:

  • Analyzing the prospects or customer’s or partner specifications, context environment and needs.
  • Defining a project plan and ensure that all parties are committing to respect the deadlines and keep the plan up to date .
  • Managing the technical interaction with the prospect or customer.
  • Being proactive, propose and implement technical or workflow solutions.
  • Updating and providing feedback to involved parties all along the project phases on a regular agreed basis.
  • Receiving, answering, and analyzing customer feedbacks together with the Product team.
  • Addressing frontline technical issues and implementing workaround and patches at customers’ sites.
  • Escalading issues to the Product team and Design and Maintenance department.
  • Transferring training request or clinical questions to clinical trainers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the utilization of the product.
  • Writing installation site documentation and reports.
  • Provide technical support on the product for the sales team
  • Participate to sales and product demo when technical topics are discussed
  • Participate to tradeshows when requested

It’s necessary to have:

  • Graduated in Computer Science or/and Biomedical Engineering
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in health IT companies or in clinical institutions
  • Successful previous experience in integrating medical software solution
  • Successful previous experience in customer project portfolio management
  • Extremely rigorous in project follow-up;
  • Analytical mind, attention to details and focusing on project critical points
  • Advance knowledge of Windows, Linux and containers technologies
  • Practical knowledge of DICOM, PACS, RIS, Worklist, HL7
