About the Team:

This team manages the delivery of system-to-system applications to clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. They control project schedules, risks, scope, and budgets, and ensure clear understanding of client requirements among operational teams and vendors.

About the Role:

The Senior Implementation Specialist is the primary technical contact for insurance carriers, focusing on designing, developing, and integrating automated system-to-system product ordering applications. This customer-facing role ensures quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction during product implementations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily interactions with multiple clients, aligning internal resources with project objectives, resolving roadblocks, and coordinating implementation plans.
2. Lead customers through their development lifecycle, sharing best practices and providing project and data knowledge.
3. Establish connectivity, configure systems, conduct workshops, and educate customers on data product outputs in XML or JSON.
4. Ensure solutions are seamless, monitor results, and communicate significant data fluctuations to leadership.
5. Facilitate customer training and workshops for technical and business audiences, including C-suite executives.
6. Understand the insurance industry, products, systems, and processes.
7. Gather requirements, propose solutions, communicate progress, and resolve issues.
8. Represent LexisNexis professionally at meetings, conferences, and events.
9. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
2. Experience in the insurance industry or technical implementation is a plus.
3. 5-8 years of customer or implementation management experience.
4. Knowledge of XML, SOAP, Web Services, SFTP, JSON, or similar technologies.
5. Curious, proactive, and accountable attitude.
6. Leadership in product or process improvement initiatives.
7. Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate effectively.
8. Strong customer management skills and experience creating presentations.
