Implementation Specialist

This is a temporary, full-time position (18-month term).

Job Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for customers purchasing our full solution bundles.
• Complete intake forms to gather information for internal setup teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Close all ordered requests efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams within Lead Venture.
• Schedule and conduct training calls within set timelines.
• Educate customers on website standards and best practices.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, maintaining communication throughout the setup process.

Ideal Candidate:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Interest in customer interaction and service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to interpret written and verbal information and solve practical problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Basic knowledge of website trends, domain/DNS, and CMS.
• Interest in Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, or Project Management.
• Basic project management skills and web design background.
• Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
