Position Purpose

Manage the technical project schedule for the installation and maintenance of Real Estate products and services. This includes:

• Designing, updating and troubleshooting Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data definitions for leading‑edge key access software that utilizes Bluetooth technology with mobile devices
• Coordinate and lead technical projects
• Database conversions to match key fields in different systems
• Configuration of software/hardware systems
• API set up
• Work directly with internal/external customers and vendors on an as needed basis

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully utilize project management practices to regularly plan and manage Real Estate configurations to ensure that schedule, cost and quality requirements are met. As part of the Technical Project team, devise a data definition by analyzing raw data and modifying database configurations to meet customer specifications. Install and test the implementation of the database configuration within the Supra system, work with engineering to solve any defects.
• Coordinate with the customer’s third‑party vendors as needed to access data to be configured.
• Establish and maintain continuing relationships with Real Estate customers and their MLS vendors, in order to develop and maintain the content and structure of the MLS and Roster data that will be delivered to the eKEY. Coordinate with the customer’s membership system vendor to establish an API interface between the customer’s membership system and the Supra customer database.
• Required to have regular attendance at work and be able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years experience working with conversion of legacy data, managing system integrations, writing SQL scripts; working with databases (scripts, queries, stored procedures, QA) or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience working with conversion of legacy data, managing system integrations, writing SQL scripts; working with databases (scripts, queries, stored procedures, QA).

Preferred Qualifications

• High degree of ability to interface with the customer and internal staff, make independent decisions, and recognize and solve problems with little or no supervision
• Data analytics experience
• Root cause potential issues in complex multi‑layered architectures
• Project management training desirable
• Good computer skills with standard business applications, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite
• Display superior verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working in a demanding environment with aggressive timeframes, and organizing conflicting time, energy and customer demands
• Ability to master new and continuously changing technologies
