About This Role

This position is for a seasoned professional in Project Management, who works independently, develops project plans, schedules and budgets for projects, facilitates project tasks with various functional organizations, forecast project costs, tracks progress, identifies project problems, and recommends resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, field engineers, training, employment and facility vendors, and finance to ensure a world class customer experience and successful on-time customer projects.
  • Analyze customer’s current state; develop and own project and communication plans with timelines, and ensure milestones are completed to meet the customer’s objectives.
  • Manage work and schedules with cross-functional teams to ensure timely rollout of overall projects.
  • Able to breakdown business process and deliverables into key steps and define roles and responsibilities for each step for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality, budget, scope and customer satisfaction per project.
  • Accountable for maximizing customer retention and loyalty through relationship management, adept problem solving, excellent customer care, and agent adoption of new services/products.
  • Agile-thinker, able to quickly process information to make competent and confident decisions.
  • Technical aptitude in a variety of computer or cloud-based systems including the Microsoft Office suite of products, Salesforce CRM, et al.
  • Understanding of networking and operating systems, SaaS models preferred.
  • Ability to plan and facilitate off-site events: contract facilities; hire, train and manage temporary employees; coordinate travel and supervisory team; and manage agent throughput to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage supply chain and shipping logistics to ensure product arrival and availability.
  • Drive improvements in our customer satisfaction rating by helping the overall team get better, faster, and more effective.
  • Maintains excellent customer records and keeps the system(s) of record up to date.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or PMP certified
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Up to 50% Travel required
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and serverless architecture
  • Strong project management, time management, and organization skills.
  • High level of digital analytical skills and technical aptitude utilizing various common tools such as MS Office suite of products, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Project Management tools, Salesforce, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish department and company goals within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Capable of instructing and/or facilitating small to large groups.
