Job summary

Medbridge is seeking an Implementation Project Manager II to own client implementations across RTM, HEP, Pathways, and EMR integrations within our Care solutions. You will drive planning, scheduling, and execution for a portfolio of healthcare SaaS projects in Washington state and beyond.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage risks, train clinicians, and document requirements in CRM/PM tools. 3–5 years of healthcare SaaS delivery and EMR experience expected; Salesforce/Jira/Pendo/Tableau

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing the full lifecycle of client‑facing healthcare SaaS implementations.
• 1–2 years of EMR/EHR integrations experience in vendor/consulting or client roles.
• Strong project management with risk, scope, and cross‑team coordination.
• Ability to work independently with sound escalation and prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication across clinical and admin audiences.
• Experience training clinicians or clinical staff on software/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support change management planning to drive clinician adoption.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements and project status in CRM/PM tools.
• Identify expansion opportunities to hand off to Account Management after go‑live.
• Act as liaison to internal teams by surfacing client insights and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of client implementations across RTM, HEP, Pathways, and EMR integrations, managing a concurrent portfolio of clients at varying project stages.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring continuity across the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop and track project plans; identify and surface risks early, with clear escalation judgement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, advocating for client needs and translating feedback back to clients.
• Conduct training sessions with clinicians and admins tailored to their workflows, clinical context, and product mix.
• Support change management planning to drive clinician buy‑in and sustain long‑term adoption.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, decisions, and project status in CRM and project management tools.
• Identify and document expansion and growth opportunities during implementation, building a clear picture for Account Management to carry forward after go‑live.
• Act as a liaison to internal teams by surfacing client insights and contributing to process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing the full lifecycle of client‑facing healthcare SaaS implementations, with the ability to quickly take ownership of client‑facing work streams and ensure continuity and high‑quality delivery.
• 1–2 years of experience with EMR or EHR integrations, either in a vendor or consulting role supporting the implementation, or on the client side managing an EMR transition.
• Strong project management skills, including risk identification, scope management, and task coordination during complex, multi‑stakeholder rollouts.
• Comfort operating independently with sound judgement on escalation and prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication across both clinical and administrative audiences.
• Experience training clinicians or clinical staff on software or workflow changes in a healthcare setting.

Preferred

• Familiarity with RTM (remote therapeutic monitoring), telehealth, rehab, MSK, or PT/OT clinical workflows, or experience in a healthtech segment with meaningful clinical workflow complexity.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing workflows, payer enrollment, or billing‑adjacent software implementations.
• Experience using tools like Salesforce (or similar CRM), Jira, Pendo, Tableau, and other project management platforms.

Salary Range

$90K - $110K
