Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, INC. is seeking a Global Implementation and Solution Design Manager to lead end-to-end global client implementations from onboarding to go-live.

You will coordinate across Operations, IT, Finance, and Sales to standardize processes and deliver scalable, compliant logistics solutions. Responsibilities include developing detailed implementation plans, managing timelines, and training teams while maintaining KPIs and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management with focus on solution design and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of global customer accounts from sales to operations with strong account retention.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and risk management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements before go-live and train internal teams and customers.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure implementation success and drive improvement.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service.
• Analyze customer feedback and design customized logistics solutions with IT and process teams.
• Develop standardized implementation frameworks adaptable to different customers and regions.
• Support pre-sales with RFP responses and solution presentations.
• Maintain relationships with global customers to enable long-term partnerships.
